Shipping policy

Orders are shipped within 3-5 business days of the order date, though I do my best to ship quicker.

All domestic orders are shipped using USPS First Class mail.  Orders are typically delivered within 3-7 days, however they may take longer.  Tracking and insurance are provided with each order to insure safe delivery.  Appaloosa Designs Jewelry is not responsible for orders lost in transit, but will pursue your refund through insurance.

All international orders are shipped using USPS First Class International mail.  Orders are typically delivered in 2-4 weeks but may take longer.  Tracking and insurance are not included in these orders.  Please contact us at chelsea@appaloosadesigns.com to add tracking and insurance to international orders at cost.  Appaloosa Designs Jewelry is not responsible for orders lost in transit.  Buyers are responsible for paying all any additional costs such as duties, taxes, and customs clearance fees that are applied by the buyer's country.  Appaloosa Designs Jewelry will only report the accurate value on customs forms.
