This necklace has been constructed from a double layer of sterling silver creating a shadowbox effect. Within the box is a cantering mare, with her foal running beside her. The edges of this necklace have been carefully inlaid with #8 (for the sky) and Damele (for the grass) turquoise. This pendant hangs from a hidden bail on a 18" sterling silver chain with a lobster clasp.
